Elle18 Color Boost Lipsticks Review & Swatches

Haha i do talk like as if i am recording a video instead of writing a blogpost but yeah i am planning to come on YouTube and start my own channel for you guys and yeah work is still under process! And i am excited!!


Well leaving these things apart, Today we ate going to be talking about the new launched lipsticks from Elle18.
Elle18 has come up with a totally new range of lipsticks called Color Boost Lipsticks which i guess an advance version of the color pop lipsticks.Is it?? I don't know..
Anyway!!



As soon as i saw The advertisement on YouTube while watching videos, i planned to get my hands on few of the lipsticks from this range. At first i decided to buy all but nowadays i seriously have a lot of lipsticks lying in my Dressing and i don't have time to use them so i bought only 2 of them.

Price : 150INR for 4.3 ml which is quite a nice quantity in this price.

Elle18 Color Boost Lipsticks Review & Swatches 

The packaging of the lipsticks is same as old except the new hot pink caps.The old ones come in a full black cap with the girly logo on it. The lipsticks comes in vibrant shades ranging from pinks to oranges to red and corals which are perfect for summers. I guess they have a nude shade also but i didn't buy one  because i have too many and those will last me forever.

The old lipsticks used to come with a dual core formula as the new lip love lip balms from lakme has.The new lipsticks also has the dual core formula but instead of a moisturising lip balm, these lipsticks are filled with a pigment in the centre which gives you an opaque finish.

The first lipstick is called Miss Pink which seems to be a nice soft pink shade in the tube but once you put it on you will find that the shade isn't the same as it looks in the tube.Anyways the shade is still pretty.

The other shade i have is called Hyper Orange which is a really really nice light neon orange colour. I am in love with this shade.This shade will more suit fair skintones.

The texture of the lipsticks is creamy and it glides on the lips beautifully and you will not feel heavy on the lips.The lipsticks taste and smells like caramel.

Elle18 claims that these lipsticks stays upto 6 hours which isn't true at all as these lipsticks just goes off in 3 to 4 hours and it almost dissappear if you eat something especially oily.
Well in 150 Bucks this is a good choice because even some good high priced lipsticks does stay for the same time.These lipsticks doesn't leave any stain behind which is a plus.

These lipsticks are nice and all the other colours are also nice..These lipsticks have nice creamy texture that moisturise the lips as well. 

Although the 6 hours staying claim isn't true but these still stays for quite nice time.its a good buy for those low budget days.
