Pretty kitty Eye Makeup Tutorial

Hello gurlies...
I am back with a eye makeup Tutorial and this time we r gonna do something creative!
First m gonna clear one thing that i saw a picture of this makeup somewhere on google so this is not my invention and i just tried to recreate this with some modifications!! this tutorial is requested by my instagram friend Shifa http://www.iamstrawberryqueen.blogspot.in/?m=1

So here we go..
Things you will need



Here i am using maybelline gel liner in black
elle 18 pop liner in black(it gives a slight burning sensation to me.. May be because it has rose water in it. I ll suggest u to not use this)
vega's lip brush because i dont have a liner brush :p
gel liner brush
A maskara wand (i basically use this as a brow comb :p do not throw old things.. Reuse them ;))
Maybelline color pop liner in turquoise
Maybelline collosal kohl
You guys dont need to use the exact same products.. Just grab every black thing you have in your vanity and some pointed brushes which will help in drawing thin lines and we are ready to go


STEP1
Take your gel liner and line your brow as shown above..
At the starting point of your brow make a reverse C as shown.


STEP2
Take your kohl and fill in tche brows completely. Usually it is not suggested to use black colour to fill in your brows as it doesn't look good and natural but here it is the demand of situation.



STEP3
Take your liner and start drawing thin line from the end point of your brow.dont draw it Straight and use small strokes.end the line at outer corner of your eye.
The mistake i did today is i filled that space with liquid liner.so i would suggest you to fill this in with gel liner or a good liquid liner.
Take your liner again and draw a line just on your crease line and fill it again with gel liner.
Draw a thick line from the inner corner of your eye as shown un the image.this will look like paws of your kitty


STEP4
Make a O just below your starting point of brow connecting it with your crease line as shown and fill it in.
Now make two inverse v's on the O. It will look like the ears of your cat. Fill it too. Now in the O make two dots. Thus will work as the eyes of your cat.


Now place a rhinestone or bindi or whatever you want your kitty to hold in its hand just beside the paw.
Draw a swirl line from the bindi and take it a lil down..
Now you're done!! Just erase the mistakes u have made (in case) with the help of ear bud and makeup remover.
Here us the final look!

New Use of Toner : Cleaning Makeup Brushes!!!

Yes girls!!
You heard it right!!!
I Use a toner to clean my brushes because i dont have a brush cleaner :p umm and my toner do this job very well..!!! So why spend so much money and buying a diff product for cleaning brushes??
okie so i am coming straight to my tutorial and here are the things u will be needing...


(An empty glass)
(Tissues) (i am using clarus facial tissues
(Toner) (i am using himalaya herbals refreshing and clarifying toner.)
(some dirty brushes)
Lets get start it!!!!



( STEPS)
1.First pour some of the toner into your empty glass.

2.Take a tissue paper fold it in half two times.

3.Take your brush. You can see in the image that my brush is so dirty because i applied a silver cream shadow last night with this..

4.Dip your brush into glass, take your tissue and start going in circular motion with the brush on the tissue.

5.Dip dip dip and go round round round untill you see no colour is coming out from your brush on tissue. Now your brush is clean!!!
Repeat this with all your brushes and you are done!!

(NOTE )
#Do not use used tissue and change the liquid after cleaning 2 3 brushes

#clean short brushes like eyeshadow and lip brushes first and large brushes like powder brush, blush brush and buffing brush etc later.

This technique I learnt from youtube channel (pixiwoo)

Some people use baby shampoo to clean their brushes and i use both the techniques to ensure brushes are all clean. First i follow the above explained technique and then i put those brushes in solution of water and baby shampoo and clean them with light hand. You can do whatever technique you like!!

Pink Black Eyemakeup Tutorial

Hello friends!!
I am back with a new makeup look! This look you can wear for typical indian traditional weddings or any occasion or may be for a night time look!!
So open Your vanities and lets get start it!!



STEP 1: Take an eyeshadow brush ( i am using health and glow angular blender brush, i know this is not for applying eyeshadow but it does this work very well!!) and pick some pinky purple eyeshadow and apply it to your mid eyelid.use patting motion and pat the colour on to the lid.Make sure to apply it only in the middle because we are going to apply some other color on the blank area!


STEP 2: Clean the shadow brush with tissue paper and then take a black eyeshadow and apply it to the rest of the eyelid. Reapply the colour until you get the blackest black on the inner and outer corner of your lid. Make sure that you are not taking the colour out of your crease area!
Now take a QTip or a blending brush and blend the black with the pink hue.use light hand because u dont wanna ruin the makeup u just did.Apply the black color on your lower lashline too.
Then it will looks something like the last picture in the above collage.



STEP 3: Its time to do your brows! Brow makeup is a necessary step of eyemakeup. Never underestimate its power it makes a huge difference! the makeup looks more precise and clean with it. So take a brown eyeshadow( which matches your brow colour and work the color in.. Follow the natural growth of your hairline.Apply a highlighting colour to your browbone.
After this apply a thin line of eyeliner and curl your eyelashes and apply two coats of your mascara.
Now you are done with eyes. Here is the final look for eyes.



For lips i m going with a strong lip colour. The standard rule says when you are doing a strong eye use a subtle lip colour to balance it out. But rules are meant for breaking!! :p
So m going with a bright lip colour which is very much similar to the pink colour i used for eyes. I am here using elle18 colour pop lipstick in hot pink( shade no 26).

FRIDAY'S HAUL - Health and Glow Makeup Brushes

Hello girls!!!
I hope you all are doing well!!
It's friday and i got my payment today so i decided to celebrate this with buying some goody goodies for myself!! Yeah! we girls love to pamper ourselves ;)
I originally went to buy faces 2 in 1 foundation and concealer brush but didnt find it and then i stepped into this store named "Health and Glow "

I bought two brushes and one eyelash curler. These brushes looks lije the vega brushes and price is also same!so these are super budget friendly items for giving a start!! So i just picked them!!


This first brush is HG EV-22 eye smudger brush which we can use to smudge kohl or gel liner applied to give it a smokey look kind of effect.here is a closer look!!



Price: 80 INR

Second brush i bought is HG EV -07 which is an angular brush. Okie honestly i dont know how to use this brush actually. :p but I can tell u what company has mentioned on the back about its usage.
Use this brush with eyebrow pencil to fill in spaces that are created with uneven growth.
But i know i m gonna find some more uses of it for sure :p c





Price: 80 INR
(Sorry for my nails i bite them a lot :/)

And the final thing i bought is an eyelash curler HG EC -01.






Price : 99 INR
I ll create a look using these and share my experience with these.

No Makeup Brushes Eye Makeup Tutorial

Hello Ladies!!
Well summer has come and its the right time to get all those bright colours from your vanity boxes out and playing around!!
So i am here with a summer eye makeup Tutorial using no makeup brushes at all!!!
I know investing in a goog makeup brushes brand is not so easy for beginners so i hope this post might help those who love eyemakeup and do not want to splurge their money for buying so expensive brushes..

What you all will need is..


An eyeshadow pallette with green and blue colours, kohl of your choice (i am using here maybelline collosal kohl in black), eyeliner (i am using elle18 colour pop eyeliner), mascara (using incolor 1000 curls volume mascara. But i do not recommend this mascara to you guys coz its not good at all.. I will do a separate review on this later) and some q tips or ear buds.
(optional : blush or powder brush just to clean the eye shadow fall out from face. You can even use face tissues if u dont own a brush)

So lets get start it ;)


STEP 1 : Take a light green eyeshadow and apply it all over your eyelid as shown in the image.



STEP 2 : Take a dark green colour on your Q tip and apply it to outer V of your eye. We are not creating a cat eye look so make sure you dont go too far with green.stick to the outer v only.
Blend the two greens together so it looks nice and clean. Apply the same colour using The same Q tip to your lower lashline and blend.



STEP 3 : take the dark blue colour and apply it to outer half of your eyelid.make sure you don't take it too further because we want the dark green colour which we applied in our last step to still pop from the sides!! I suggest you to apply this color with your ring finger.
You can see in the last pic some of the fall out from the shadows.so i am gonna take my blush brush and clean it!! :) as i said you can use facial tissues to do this.






STEP 4: line your waterline with kajal and upper lashline with eyeliner and apply some mascara!!! and you are done!!! :D
Apply some peachy nude lipstick or just a gloss to balance out everything!!

My Experience with this:

This lipstick come in a black tube with silver lining in the center with Faces written on it.As the name suggests this is a tangerine orange shade.This lipstick is pure matte.The texture is very creamy and glides very easily on lips.The lipstick is very much pigmented.here is the wrist swatch under natural light :


Now come to the staying power.. It stays on my lips for like 3 hours without any lip pencil applied before.for better results i suggest you to line your lip with a lip pencil.(okie this is just a tip :p)
Here are some lip swatches(ist one i did on myself and in the second pic i applied it on one of my friend)




PRO'S :
1.highly pigmented just in one swipe.
2.Pocket friendly.
3.Stays for a good time on lips.
4.very nice colour.i think this is a perfect shade for summers.
CON'S :
1. Sets in fine lines.The only thing i dont like this lipstick thatat it tends to set in fine lines :/
