Colorbar Stay All Day Finishing Mist Review

Hey beauties!
Welcome again to my blog.
Summers has already begin but my cold is still not leaving my side. Even in the hot summers of delhi i can get cold anytime, anywhere :p
Well hope you all are doing well!
Today i am reviewing the Colorbar Stay All Day Mist which i bought a couple of days ago and i am using this daily nowadays after my makeup.

Its really a pleasure having your favourite cup of tea and doing your favourite thing i.e blogging.

Facial Mist is a soothing liquid for face with comes in a spraying bottle and used for different purposes depending on for what purpose it has officially been designed for.some are to refresh your skin or some are to set your makeup as well and the one we are talking about claims both

There are not so many facial mists available in the market and i have only seen a few brand like Mac,kraylon,Colorbar and recently body shop has launched one.

price: INR 850 for 100ml.

Quick Overview

This product does two jobs. A toner that keeps your skin hydrated, refreshed and calm. And a hydrating mist that sets and refreshes your favorite makeup to make it last longer. Energized with 'Witch Hazel Water' this product has anti-bacterial properties.

How to use product

Hold the bottle 10 - 12 inches from face. Close your eyes and spray evenly. Use this after cleanser as a refreshing toner or after makeup application to set or refresh makeup. Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets in eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
This is what the website says

THIS IS WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED

I Mainly Bought this product because it has makeup refreshing properties which makes your makeup looks so natural and this was almost half of the price of Mac Fix plus so i thought its a steal.

The very first day i used it as a toner first as the company claims and then i did my makeup and it worked really nice. As soon as you apply it on your face it gives you a soothing effect. You can feel little drops of mist which exactly has water like consistency, all over your face.it exactly looks like dew drops on grass in the morning.
I honestly thought at first if i spray a big splash of water will attack my face and it will ruin my makeup but i was wrong.the spray disperse the mist all over your face in tini tiny dew particles which gets absorbed by the skin very easily within seconds leaving yoy with healthy glowy skin.

It do takes away that powdery makeup look and gives a fresh feeling and make your makeup look more natural and not cakey or powdery which i hate.it does hydrates the skin very well also.

An issue i have experienced that with some foundations this doesn't work well.it starts looking like as if my makeup has started smearing or melting.Plus If i spray more than 4 pumps on my face then again i can feel the same issue. I don't know if i am the only one who is facing the same problem or others has also faced this issue.
Now i am sticked to only 2 sprays at a time or maximum 3 to avoid this problem.

When it comes to locking the makeup off, i can't really comment on that because even if i don't spray my makeup stays intact through out the day except for fading of blush.
So i haven't seen any difference till now and i will surely do update you guys if after using this for more couple of days i get to see any difference.

The Cap of the spray isn't great and if i just throw the product in my pouch the cap doesn't seems to attach with the bottle and it isn't that stiff also.I try closing it with the cap but that comes out really very easily and most of the time i spend a lot of time finding the cap inside my not so big bag/ clutch.

Final Thoughts
Overall its a really nice product which is great for people who just hate the powder finish to their makeup and it gives boosted Hydration to skin also.you just need a spray or two whenever you feel dull and that instantly takes away that dullness from the skin.you can use it whether you wear makeup or not also.for me it doesn't makes the makeup last longer.Price might be a little high for some.
